Hello, I’m Max Fraccio. I was raised here in Sullivan County, and my extended family all reside here as well.  I attended Eldred Central School and then SUNY Orange for Finance after graduating high school. I have worked in the real estate title business as a Junior Executive since 2021. As a real estate agent I specialize in luxury and waterfront residential listings. Having a background in finance and title insurance I have a unique perspective and understanding of this business. One of my personal interests is travel and exploring the world. Having flown to various places for vacation I found that going to new places is in itself its own type of good vibe that just can’t be replicated any other way. My hobbies as well as travel include golfing, stock trading, and working out. I have considered myself a real car enthusiast from a young age. As a kid I always loved looking at nice cars. I now drive an Audi and I absolutely love it. I may be new to being a real estate agent but as I see it, that gives me all the more reason to prove myself and help my clients find exactly what they are looking for.
