My name is James RItter and family is the most important thing in the world to me- alongside my wife, I have 6 beautiful children and 9 grandchildren. We are always on the go and looking for new adventures. 

I was born and raised in the Bronx and relocated to Upstate NY to raise my family over 25 years ago. I currently reside in beautiful Chenango County and have lived here for a couple years now. I have a passion for being in the great outdoors, exploring new areas. I have found that our local countryside is a dream in itself- the beautiful snow covered trees and barns, the fresh flowers of spring, the beautiful lakes of summer, and the colors of autumn, the views never cease to amaze. 

Previously, I owned and operated my own flooring installation business for over 15 years, and from that not only do I have tons of customer service and sales experience, but I have well established relationships with my clients and treat them all like they are family. I am an honest and hardworking sales associate with a passion for getting you into your forever dream home.
